Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Nextgeninnov8, we are committed to providing high-quality training and learning experiences. We value the trust you place in us and aim to maintain transparency regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Course Enrolment & Payment

Once you enrol in a training program and complete payment, your seat is confirmed.

Access to course materials may be granted immediately upon registration (depending on the program).

2. Cancellation by Participant

Before course start date: If you wish to cancel your enrolment, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the program start date. In such cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative fees) or course rescheduling/credit for a future program.

Within 7 days of the program start date: No refunds will be issued, but you may request to transfer your seat to a later batch or nominate a substitute participant (subject to availability).

After the course has started / digital content accessed: No refunds will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Nextgeninnov8

In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule a program, participants will be offered the choice of:

A full refund only, or
-
A transfer to another batch/program without extra cost.

4. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees (if applicable), administrative charges, and partial participation in programs are non-refundable.

Access to downloaded/consumed digital materials (such as e-learning modules, recordings, toolkits) is non-refundable once provided.
