Selection Criteria

The number of participants for this programme is limited to 25 families only. After taking participants' profile, their entrepreneurial journey, and their statement of purpose into consideration, a selection committee will select the most suitable candidates for the programme.

This is a 5 days residential program.

The fee includes the program fee, boarding, and food expenses at Dela Data Resort.

Half Day Virtual Kick-off Session will be conducted 1 week prior to the commencement of the course.

The faculty director is Matt Allen, an associate professor of entrepreneurship and the Faculty Director of Babson's Center for Engaged Learning and Teaching. Professor Allen's research is focused on entrepreneurship as it relates to family businesses and the preparation of the next generation of leaders. He works with family businesses of all sizes on issues of succession, governance, and effective management of interpersonal relationships in order to drive success across generations.
